Such actions by Elon, particularly towards a figure of Rieder's stature, suggest strategic intent rather than mere happenstance. Meanwhile, Tesla's Board of Directors, led by Robyn M. Denholm, is actively courting votes from non-US TSLA holders, highlighting the critical role institutions play in the voting process.
